That was important to us when working with a real estate agent - they needed to understand the local area and market so we could have the best strategies. Especially as a first-time home buyer in the competitive Torrey Hills and the Carmel Valley area. During my research I saw that Lynnette constantly had reviews rave about her customer service, and she definitely didn't disappoint. She remained adamant that we were aware of the processes and next steps. She constantly provided in-depth responses to our questions and made sure we felt good throughout the process. Lynnette was very warm when we first connected and I was impressed that she properly captured all of our details of finding a single-family home, and even took notes about our family so she could connect on a deeper level. Within a few very quick months, Lynnette helped us purchase a home - and in a crazy Seller's market where there are numerous bidders. Before each open house, she even connected with the listing agent so we knew what the situation was going in. She ensured we knew timelines of when we should put an offer in and always had her team ready to go after each submitted offer to ensure we could keep moving forward in a timely manner. Lynnette has a great team surrounding her. Once we had an offer accepted, she was able to get our inspection done extremely quickly, she had her termite inspector come out saving us thousands of dollars and she worked so well with our lender which ensured a very fast and smooth close, which was critical for a successful transaction. She did a great job at sealing the deal for us while protecting our money and having our best interests in mind during every situation. We really appreciate how Lynnette never pressured us in any direction, how she always kept us in the loop, how she moved quickly with each offer even sacrificing her own personal family time, how she communicated strongly with each party through the process, how she's easy to talk to and most importantly how she helped us buy our home in Torrey Hills!
